Building a customer database is easy with dotRED! If you already have a database, we can help you cleanse and upload your data into eCast. Then use gCast to capture more information about your customers.

Create

With eCast, you can create and send marketing campaigns with the click of a mouse. eCast houses dozens of pre-designed html email templates that can be edited and styled to suit your business needs.

If you need help deciding what to say, choose some pre-written promotional copy content from the eCast library.

It all leads to professional campaigns that are ready to send.

Send

dotRED's revolutionary eCast system allows you to "set & forget". ECast gives you the ability to automatically send personalised email or sms messages to individual customers based on any date related field in your database.

For example, program eCast to send a birthday email to every customer on their birthday or a nominated day prior to the event. Or program eCast to send an sms message five days before a customer's membership is about to expire. It's all achievable and easy to eCast.

Building a database is only part of the challenge. You also need a professionally-designed template (the HTML artwork) that reflects your corporate branding.

Once you have a database and your personally designed template, you have to decide what to say and when to say it.

Step 1

Go to the Template Library and select a professionally designed email template. These are fully customisable - simply add your logo and relevant pictures, change the colours & fonts to reflect your corporate branding.

Step 2

Once you have chosen a design template, enter the creative library and select from hundreds of targeted email messages. dotRED's creative library consists of creative scripts for Relevant Contact Dates (RCD) for your industry. RCD's are times of the year your customers want to hear from you. Sending a message on an RCD underpins the commitment to the relationship by providing timely, useful information and dramatically increases the success of your campaigns.

Step 3

Merge the two templates and you have a professionally designed HTML newsletter ready to send to your database. Whether it's a personalised Happy Birthday message, a call-to-action clearance sale or a customer survey, dotRED makes communicating with your customers as easy as 1-2-3!

Send a personalised birthday greeting to every person on your database. 1. Select, modify and save your design template. 2. Add your own promotional copy or choose from our library - make sure you provide your customer with a birthday offer or discount. 3. Choose when you want to deliver each message (14 days prior, 4 days prior or on the day - the choice is yours). Each day, eCastTM will search your database, find every customer whose birthday is in 14 days time and deliver your personalised offer! We call it "Set & Forget" - it simply makes life easier.

Every business has Relevant Contact Dates (RCDs) - logical times of the year you should communicate with your customers (ie. birthdays, anniversaries, service reminders, Christmas, end of financial year clearances etc).

Our revolutionary eCastTM platform allows you to select relevant dates, nominate which content you want to deliver and when you want to send it.

Messages can be delivered up to 6 months prior to or after an event or promotion RCD.
