We need a talented Web / Graphic Designer. You'll love working with dotRED as we're doing some really amazing things. As well as being heavily involved with the creation of our innovative suite of digital products, you will be responsible for creating awesome looking websites, supporting art direction, being highly creative and providing support to a group of highly trained professionals who are a lot of fun to work with. As a Web Designer you will also be responsible for front end design solutions from concept through to roll out on a range of projects for clients. You'll work with our Brisbane and India teams that include Designers, Engineers, Developers, Project Managers, and Marketers to produce the following:

• Design and development of new websites
• Micro sites and online promotions
• Re-design and updates of existing web sites
• Flash animation of rich media advertising including Banners and Skyscrapers

Web / Graphic Designer experience/skills:

• Proven experience with Graphic and Visual Design for web (2 to 3 years + Experience)
• Degree in Visual or Graphic Design preferable
• Advanced skills in Photoshop, Flash, DreamWeaver?, and the Adobe CS suite (and GIMP if you can)
• Previous experience designing sophisticated graphics for the Web
• 100% Communication skills both written and verbal
• Show a keen interest to learn and work as part of a team and contribute to overall creative process.
• Design concept work for graphic design and Internet media.
• Be able to present and articulate strategic thinking to the team
